Chicken in creamy pepper onion and chili sauce

400g Chicken
150g Smoked bacon
2 Chilies
250ml Single cream
250g Philadelphia black pepper and spring onion
Basil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
 
 
1. Slice and fry bacon, when they are done put them on a plate on the side.
2. Slice chicken, chilies and basil.
3. Fry the chicken and put some salt and pepper on it, when it has a nice colour add the chilies in the fryingpan.
4. Add philadelphia and cream. When everything has melted, add the  bacon, basil and cherry tomatoes if preferred.
 
Serve with either tagliatelle or oven roastRe sweet potatoes.
